Learn the techniques and skills necessary to use effective search patterns
Course Objective:
If you’ve ever lost something in the water and wanted to go find it, you will learn effective ways to search for objects underwater that increase your chances of success.
Prerequisites:

12+ years old

Must be a certified PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver or equivalent
-
RSTC Medical Form signed by a Doctor if the diver has any medical conditions. Download the Medical Form Here

What is Involved?

Independent Study via PADI Search & Recovery Diver eLearning Course

(3 - 4) - Open Water Dives
-
Swim search patterns using your compass and natural navigation.
-
Locate large and small objects using various search patterns.
-
Use a lift bag for large or heavy objects, plus other recovery methods.
-
Plan a search operation based on facts gathered about a lost object prior to the dive.

How Many Students In The Course?
We are Proud to Offer PRIVATE / SEMI PRIVATE COURSES. Our courses are smaller, allowing us to focus on your every need, as you become a certified PADI Search & Recovery Diver. We enroll an average of 3 students per instructor. Many of our courses are PRIVATE, with 1 on 1 Instruction.

This Course is completed in (3 - 4) dives over (2) days.
