Scuba Refresher / Extensive Scuba Refresher

Refresher your skills after years of diving

Course Description:

Our refresher courses are designed to get you back in the water after years of diving. Each person has different previous diving experience and their own skill level. Due to this, our refreshers are private courses with the focus on safety in a fun learning environment. We start are courses by going over some basic diving principles and rules. From there we go over gear assembly and head to the pool for a skills refresher. After the student is 100% comfortable with the basic scuba skills we head into the ocean for a private 1 tank guided shore dive. From this point the diver will be able to schedule additional dives in our small group settings either on the boat or as shore dives.

Prerequisites: 

  • Any certification (must have a card, log book, or website verification of certification)​

  • Complete the DIVER MEDICAL - Participant Questionnaire. Read the form carefully. If you are able to answer "YES" to any of the questions, a Physician must SIGN OFF and give APPROVAL for you to participate in diving activities.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, understand we WILL NOT allow you in the pool or ocean if you have a "yes" without a signed medical. We have been the "bad guys" before due to this issue. We will not risk our student's safety just so they can try scuba diving.

  • Independent Study via PADI ReActivate eLearning Course, Confined Water (Pool) Session, & 1 Ocean Dive​

 Required Equipment:

All necessary rental gear is supplied


How Long Is The Course? 

  • Standard Refresher is 2-4 hours

  • Extensive Refresher is 4-6 hours

 

Cost:

Refresher -- $175

This is for divers 1-4 years out of the water

Includes: PADI ReActivate eLearning Course, Rental Equipment, Confined Water (pool) Session, 1 guided shore dive in the ocean and a "ReActivate Certification Card for PADI Divers.

Extensive Refresher -- $275

This is for divers with more than 5 years out of the water

Includes: PADI ReActivate eLearning Course, Rental Equipment, Extensive Confined Water (pool) Session, 1 guided shore dive in the ocean, and a "ReActivate Certification Card" for PADI Divers.
